Bryza deems Karabakh settlement possible in future![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - Former U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and unaccomplished U.S. ambassador to Azerbaijan, Matthew Bryza believes Armenia and Azerbaijan may settle Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the near future. “There is notable progress in the negotiation process. A few key issues remain to be resolved if the parties take the challenging, risky political decision,” Bryza told Hurriyet Daily. According to the official, the decision may be taken only in case of U.S. and French political support. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
