The Egyptian-born former surgeon who succeeded Osama bin Laden urged Syrians to go ahead with their “uprising and anger” to install an Islamic government. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
