This unofficial holiday is not much popular in CIS countries yet, but some NGOs organize occasional events to encourage people to do something kind for a friend or a stranger – for no reason. Research shows that there are strong links between random acts of kindness and improvements in the health of people, so do not forget to do something kind today.
