  Armenian FM, Defense Ministry discuss Karabakh issue February 20, 2012 - 18:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 20, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian attended the annual meeting of Defense Ministry and RA armed forces general staff. Minister Nalbandian delivered a speech briefing on the country’s foreign policy particularly recent developments in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Armenian MFA reported.
