  Vigen Chitechyan appointed ambassador to Holy See February 21, 2012 - 15:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint RA ambassador to France Vigen Chitechyan to the post of Armenian ambassador to the Holy See (residence in Paris). On May 26, 2009 by President’s decree Vigen Chitechyan was appointed as ambassador of Armenia to France.
