Dashnaktsutyun member: coalition cast a doubt on its memorandumFebruary 24, 2012 - 13:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The coalition’s decision to run for the elections separately cast a doubt on its memorandum signed in February 2011 which provided for maintenance of the current proportion within the coalition, ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary faction leader Vahan Hovhannisyan said. Participation in the elections with a united list would help keep the current proportion, while now “it is up to the people to decide," he told a press conference in Yerevan. Under such conditions provisions of the memorandum may refer only to cooperation in majority constituencies during the elections, Hovhannisyan added.
