AZERI ORGANIZATION FOR KARABAKH LIBERATION INTENDS TO CONTINUE IMPEDING ARMENIAN OFFICERS' PARTICIPATION IN NATO EXERCISE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri Organization for Karabakh Liberation (OKL) is going to continue impeding the participation of the Armenian officers in Best Cooperative Effort-2004 NATO maneuvers to be held at the Azeri territory, organization head Akif Nagi told journalists. To remind, last week the OKL activists threatened to seize the Armenian servicemen hostage if they arrive in Baku to take part in the conference on planning the coming exercise.
