Armenian PM's campaign verges on absurd, paper says

PanARMENIAN.Net - The campaign of the Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan oversteps all limits of absurdity, Yerkir paper reports.

Regional meetings with activists of the Republican Party of Armenia are accompanied by lectures on economic “reforms” following which the PM would ask about the people’s suggestions regarding the RPA election program.

“It seems as if the head of the executive authority has over-fulfilled all tasks of RPA 2007 election program and now seeks ideas for the new program in provinces. As if Gyumri technopark is already operating, Dilijan has turned into a regional financial center, 5-star hotel at Yeghvard reservoir and Jermuk resorts abound with tourists, etc. Meanwhile, Sargsyan is “actively engaged” in tackling the issues and problems raised,” the paper says.
