Female MPs look forward to March 8 – paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - Female staff of the National Assembly is anticipating the International Women's Day celebrated on March 8 wondering whether Speaker Samvel Nikoyan will grant them bonuses on the occasion of the holiday or not.

According to Hraparak paper, former speaker Hovik Abrahamyan made this a tradition during his three-year office, and women hope the tradition will be maintained.

Abrahamyan also used to award 11 female MPs with AMD 200 000 each.
