The EU has new initiatives regarding Karabakh resolution,” SalamNews quoted ambassador Roland Kobia as saying. He further noted that the EU proposes visa facilitation mechanism for easing visa procedures for Azerbaijani citizens. “This implies longer-term visas. It will be easier for certain category of people including students, journalists and businessmen to travel to Europe,” Mr. Kobia said, dwelling on visa facilitation.
