  ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT LEADER TO PARTICIPATE IN FORUM DEVOTED TO 10-TH ANNIVERSARY OF RUSSIAN INDEPENDENT PARLIAMENTARY RULEFebruary 19, 2004 - 22:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia Artur Baghdasarian will leave fore Moscow February 21 to participate in "Council of Federation: decade experience, results and prospects" international conference. The forum is devoted to the 10-th anniversary of Russian independent parliamentarism. Parliamentary delegations from 14 countries are expected to participate in the conference: the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the North Council and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
