11 000 queries recorded in “I know” campaign 1st stageMarch 12, 2012 - 16:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 1, 2nd stage of the “I know” public awareness campaign kicked off, the head of RA government staff David Sargsyan and Ameriabank's Development Director Tigran Jrbashyan said. The campaign aims at raising public awareness on the electronic services and reforms operating in 25 directions by the government. In February, the government hotline received 10 000-11 000 telephone calls, only 33 of them being complaints, the rest information queries during the first stage of “I know”. 24,5% of phone calls were linked to real estate registration, driving license and car technical examination. About 40 000 visits were recorded in the campaign’s website i.e. esgitem.am during the first stage. According to Mr. Jrbashyan, “I know” campaign was also active in social networks, with 4400 Likes in Facebook. Ameriabank's Development Director further noted that a training on contribution of e-management and e-control improvement as a tool boosting business efficiency will be held. About USD 100 000 was spent on the first stage of the public awareness campaign. The latter is implemented by Ameria consulting company, sponsored by World Bank (WB).
