Nokia chief designer confirms tablet rumoursMarch 15, 2012 - 14:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nokia chief designer Marko Ahtisaari has confirmed that the Finnish mobile giant is indeed working on a tablet, Fudzilla reported. In an interview with Finnish magazine Kauppalehti Optio, Ahtisaari said he was spending a lot of time creating the new tablet, adding that it would stand out from other iPad wannabes. Rumours of a Nokia Windows 8 tablet have been around for a while, but this is the first time we are hearing semi-official confirmation. It is still unclear what to expect from Nokia, or when for that matter, but Digitimes recently reported that the new tablet will feature a 10-inch screen and a dual-core Qualcomm processor.
