Denis Villeneuve is directing. Aaron Guzikowski ("Contraband") wrote the script. Jackman stars as Keller, a small-town carpenter who heads to the big city to find his young daughter and best friend, who have been kidnapped. But he butts heads with the detective assigned to the case. Alcon co-founders and co-CEOs Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson are producing with Kira Davis of 8:38 Productions and Adam Kolbrenner of Madhouse Entertainment. Production will begin in early 2013, after Jackman finishes shooting the next "Wolverine: X-Men" for Fox. Alcon plans to release the movie in November 2013.
