  Armenian former FM: Artsakh must enter European family March 17, 2012 - 15:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - At the 6th congress of the Prosperous Armenia party, former Foreign Minister of Armenia Vartan Oskanian highlighted justice, tolerance and freedom of speech as the benchmarks for the party’s activity in the coming years. He stressed that Prosperous Armenia will focus on economic development and creation of job opportunities in the country for in the coming 5 years. Dwelling on the Nagorno Karabakh issue, former FM said that some authority and community groups justify their inactivity in building legal and free statehood regarding the problem. Mr. Oskanian underscored the need to form a political system based on the checks and balances, as well as the need to build free and competitive economy. He also highlighted the necessity for NKR to develop democratic values and enter the European family in contrast to Azerbaijan.
