PanARMENIAN.Net - Due to the Hungarian Criminal Code Azeri officer Ramil Safarov was accused of premeditated murder in Budapest. As Azeri lawyer Adil Ismaylov told Turan agency, the article provides for either 10-15 years' imprisonment or life imprisonment. Hungarian barrister Peter Zalay will defend Ramil Safarov in the court. To remind, February 19 during the NATO training courses in Budapest Azeri serviceman Ramil Safarov killed Armenian Armed Forces officer Gurgen Margarian with an axe.
