As reported by Turkish media citing the text of the order this category includes "separatists, masons, citizens of pro-American and pro-European orientation, representatives of national minorities, art workers and Internet users". An analogous instruction was as well sent to the local authorities. According to the statement of the secretariat of the Turkish Armed Forces General Staff, the demand is conditioned by the necessity of possessing the information, which would help to undertake measures against any threats in future.
