We are a national network of community foundations, bringing together people and organisations that want to improve their communities.We are a nonprofit, Member-led health plan providing comprehensive health insurance benefits to individuals, families, and businesses. Our focus is on the wellbeing of our Members and communities. We believe that meaningful partnerships with Members, providers, and employers are the only way to bring about change.
