Very good bolt in for a 96", little undercammed for the 103" but produces great torque in every range and a wonderful cam for touring (with a little racing fun too). Very quiet and well mannered. No cam noise like some of the other cams out there. This cam is perfect for cruising. It has a flat torque curve that gives you power just where you need it on a touring bike. It cools down the heat issues that come with many of the newer bikes. I swear by Feulings cam, I run a 525 Reaper in my 2011 96 inch motor but for a 103 the 543 Reaper is a solid performer, but if you want under 4k many people I know have gotten excellent low end with the 525 in a 103, my go to cam, good luck on your choice. The cam will change the compression ratio more than a head gasket will. I also went with the SEST, D&D Boss Fatcat, Zippers filter upgrade to the SE Stage I air cleaner. The bike delivers 92 hp and 106 tq. dashie and tina The redshift 587 has a little more duration and a little more lift and is supposed to be custom made for cvo 110s. I'm not a hot rodder but I do like to accelerate briskly on occasion.
