Existence of the OSCE as "untraditional forum" has been dragged out," Mr Lavrov said, RIA Novosti reports. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) was founded upon conclusion of Helsinki Accords in 1975 confirming the inviolability of borders of post-war Europe and guarantees of human rights observance.
