PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian stands for reorganization of the OSCE and establishment of exact rules of its existence, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov when addressing the members of the Uruguayan National Congress.

"The OSCE should function as a regional organization with precise rules excluding any manipulation or abuse. Existence of the OSCE as "untraditional forum" has been dragged out," Mr Lavrov said, RIA Novosti reports.
