MOSCOW FOR RESUMPTION OF IMMEDIATE DIALOGUE BETWEEN YEREVAN AND BAKU

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia speaks out for the recommencement of the immediate dialogue between the Armenian and Azeri Presidents, according to the Russian MFA site, representative of the Russian department for external affairs Alexander Yakovenko stated. In his words, Moscow proceeds from the fact that the parties themselves should find the compromise settlement of the conflict. Russia is ready to render active assistance as at the bilateral level as within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group and become the guarantor of the agreements admissible for the parties to conflict. As the Russian diplomat informed, the Karabakh problem will be among the issues to be discussed by Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov and Azerbaijani FM Vilayat Guliyev during the latter's visit to Moscow planned November 24.
