Armenia speaks against Turkey's presidency in the OSCE in 2007, RA Prime Minister Andranik Margarian stated in Yerevan during the meeting with OSCE acting chairman Solomon Passi. In Margarian's words, this position of Armenia will only change in case Turkey normalizes her diplomatic relations with Armenia and opens the Armenian border.
