The OSCE Minsk Group managed to find "several compromise solutions" of the Karabakh problem, however they remained unrealized, Russia's foreign minister Sergey Lavrov stated at his first press conference. In his opinion, "it happened due to some complications including technical problems as well". "Only immediate dialogue will allow to find new ways of settling the conflict", the Russian minister noted.
