Nagorno Karabakh will take part in the negotiations on the Karabakh conflict settlement as a full member, as reported by Mediamax agency, NKR President Arkadi Ghukasian stated after the meeting with OSCE acting chairman Solomon Passi in Yerevan. In his words, non-participation of the Karabakh party in the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan is bearing a temporary nature. "Contacts of any kind are important for this issue. However without participation of Stepanakert the problem will hardy be solved", NKR President said.
