On behalf of the Indian president, the country ambassador to Armenia Dipak Vohran today handed Armenian leader Robert Kocharian a state call to visit India. As reported by the press service of the Armenian president, the invitation was accepted and the visit is planned in the latter half of the year. The interlocutors also discussed Armenian-Indian relations, in particular, new opportunities of cooperation and implementation of joint economic projects. The parties also exchanged views on the situation in Iraq.
