Israel and Turkey are going to conclude a big deal to sell arms to Azerbaijan, Israeli media reports referring to diplomatic sources in Ankara. According to the sources, Israel will provide technologies and the components, while the assembling of the arms will take place in Turkey, from where they will be delivered to Azerbaijan.
