The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 392,56 on April 23, decreasing by 0.28 point compared to April 20, exchange rate of euro totaled AMD 516,22, decreasing by 1.07 point while the rate of Russian ruble decreased by 0,02 point to total AMD13,30, the CBA press service reported.
