CONDOLEEZZA RICE: NAGORNO KARABAKH ISSUE BECAME "TOO PROTRACTED"
US President's National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice will discuss prospects of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict during her coming visit to Moscow. "Along with Russia we are trying to settle a range of conflict situations. I think we are to some degree disappointed we have not managed it in the Nagorno Karabakh case," the Advisor said. In Rice's words, the issue, which has a negative impact on Armenia and Azerbaijan in economic and political respects, has become "too protracted."
