ARMENIAN-TURKISH DIALOGUE HAS NOT BROUGHT TO CONCRETE SHIFT YET, ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER SAID
The political dialogue between Armenia and Turkey continues, however it has not brought to a positive shift yet, Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian stated in Yerevan today. In his words, the program of the participation of the delegation headed by him in the NATO Istanbul Summit does not provide for a private meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul. V. Oskanian called not to attach much importance to various statements on the opening of the Armenian-Turkish border soon. At that the minister noted the importance of the issue in question for Armenia and did not rule out the opening also being desirable for official Ankara.
