California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed Hilda Galstian Deputy Director of his office in Los Angeles. As reported by the Armenian Assembly of America (AAA), being an AAA activist H. Galstian was Vice Secretary of the government of the state at previous Governor Pete Wilson.
