The reports on the possible deployment of US military bases in Azerbaijan are not rumors any longer, representative of the US Institute of Middle-Eastern Policy Soner Chagaptay stated in the course of "South Caucasus as part of Big Europe" forum held in Yerevan yesterday. According to him, the US is discussing the issue of deploying its armed forces abroad, however this will be not armies but not large military presence in the right place.
