He reminded that the fourth meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan was held in Prague August 30, after which the consultation results were reported to the Presidents, who met in Astana September 15. Mamedyarov, in Astana Armenian President Robert Kocharian took a time out "to analyze the outcomes of the meetings held and to exchange views at the level of Foreign Ministers of the two countries."
