Armenian President Robert Kocharian and head of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghukasian took part in the ceremony of opening Sarushen-Karmir Shuka new branch of North-South highway, which is of strategic importance to the NKR. It should be noted that the new lot worth 646 million drams was built under the auspices of the All-Armenian Fund Hayastan (Armenia).
