To establish peace and stability in the South Caucasus all the regional conflicts must be settled, Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margarian stated in his interview with Nezavisimaya Gazeta Russian newspaper. In this view he first of all marked out the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the just settlement of which would create preconditions for the opening of all the communications, raising of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh's transport blockade and establishment of economic relationships between all the states of the region. The Premier also noted that implementation of regional projects will contribute to the establishment of peace and stability in the region.
