Armenian President Robert Kocharian sent a condolence telegram to acting Palestinian Authority President Rauhi Fattouh in view of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's decease. As reported by the press service of the Armenian President, giving a high estimate to Arafat's contribution to the defense of Palestinians' national interests Robert Kocharian presented his conveyed his condolences to the Palestinian people and Arafat's family.
