On Tuesday, September 25, at 11:30 am local time, Armenian soldier Vaghinak Baghdasaryan, (born in 1993), was shot dead at a combat post of military unit N. of the Armenian armed forces.

According to preliminary data, the shot was fired from Azeri positions.

An investigation was initiated based on article 104, part 2 of Armenia’s Criminal Code (murder while on service as a result of racial, religious hatred,) Armenian Defense Ministry reported.
