Had Prosperous Armenia member, former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian cooperated with the prosecutor's office, he wouldn’t have been stripped of deputy immunity, the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group member said.

“If I were in Oskanian’s shoes, I would cooperate with the law enforcement agencies and would maintain congressional immunity,” Hamlet Harutyunyan said.

Dwelling on political expert Alexander Iskandaryan’s remarks that Oskanian would be considered “Mother Teresa”, if he were RPA member, the MP slammed Oskanian- Mother Teresa comparison.
