According to Hraparak daily, October 12 was one of those rare days, when Armenia dared run against Russia’s official position.

A protocol was signed at Armenian-Russian intergovernmental commission meeting, protesting Moscow’s “Compatriots” program, implemented by Russian Migration Service in Yerevan.

The protocol, however, isn’t yet available on RA government website, with Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan declining to divulge the details of the text, the paper says.
