Former Foreign Minister of Artsakh Republic Arman Melikyan said he will decide next month on entering the forthcoming presidential race.
“I will take a final decision this month,” he told a press conference, adding that Armenian opposition is about to dissolve, which bears a continued character.
Dwelling on the upcoming presidential elections, he stressed the need for conducting fair polls.
“Current authorities must have a worthy opponent,” NKR ex-minister said.
