Consultations between the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc and Prosperous Armenia party completed today, Nov 12, MP Vartan Oskanian said.

“Negotiations will be continued based on the common ground between the two parties,” Oskanian said.

Prosperous Armenia earlier came up with a proposal to launch political consultations on full shift to proportional voting system and parliamentary system of government, with ANC having offered to include four more points in the proposal. Prosperous Armenia has already held discussions with ANC and ARF Dashnaktsutyun, with a consultation with Heritage party expected Nov 12.
