London Chess Classic tournament kicks off December 1, with Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian to face off against Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.) in the first round.

Aronian will rival GMs Viswanathan Anand, Magnus Carlsen, Vladimir Kramnik, Hikaru Nakamura, Judit Polgár, Michael Adams, Luke McShane and Gawain Jones in other rounds.

The London Chess Classic 2012 is a nine player all play all tournament. The games will be played according to classical time control; 2 hours for 40 moves, followed by 1 hours for 20 moves, followed by 15 minutes + 30 seconds per move for the rest of the game.
