GUAM AND CRIMEA PROBLEM INFLUENCE UKRAINE STAND OVER KARABAKH ISSUE
"Azerbaijan's membership in the GUAM organization (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova) unconditionally influences the Ukrainian party's stand over the Karabakh conflict," Armenian Ambassador to Ukraine Armen Khachatrian stated when commenting on the statements of the Ukrainian party over the solution of the Karabakh conflict taking into account territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, reported Regnum news agency. At that he noted that not only the GUAM has an impact on the Ukrainian posture. "Over one hundred ethnic groups live in Ukraine and it is natural that the country that has a Crimea problem, wishes preservation of the territorial integrity principle. Thus, it sustains its stand also regarding Azerbaijan, with which it has good relations," the Armenian diplomat stated.
