There should be three regional superpowers that are treated with respect. Otherwise chaos will appear,» he is sure. It should be noted that Lennmarker stated in his report that providing independence to Nagorno Karabakh is not an alternative to the conflict settlement. Answering a question why he called Armenia an «aggressor» in his report, Lennmarker stated, «Because I did not wish to remind of the past in my report. It creates risk. I tried to find ways of conflict settlement looking into the future.»
