Heritage leader, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannissian’s election program will be available on his official website today, Jan 22, party’s vice-president said.

As Armen Martirosyan told a press conference, the program particularly focuses on the economic section, with a large team of skilled economists having worked on it.

“Nobody can blame Mr Hovannissian for looting factories and mines,” he said.

Dwelling on the opposition’s failure to keep election promises, Mr Martirosyan said everyone has some portion of blame, voicing hope that they will be fulfilled someday.

As for the use of administrative resources and inaccuracies in voting lists, he slammed the recent elections in Yerevan’s Avan district.
