A few days ago Azerbaijan passed a law on airspace, suggesting Baku’s readiness to shoot down even Stepanakert-bound civil planes, expert of international law said.
“Civil aircrafts are not shot down even during hostilities,” Sargis Asatryan told a press conference, dubbing it a military crime.
“Baku’s active diplomacy and big money play a major role in this respect,” he said, calling for the international community’s quick reaction to Azerbaijan’s steps.
