Armenian presidential candidate Andrias Ghukasyan said OSCE /ODIHR long-term observers’ second interim report on the upcoming elections in Armenia didn’t dwell on his demands and assessments.

He noted that the observer mission is unlinked to the democracy in Armenia and pursues other political goals.

According to him, the observers keep ignoring the fact that the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) acted against the constitution over the past 10 years, distributing voting bribery and imposing its will on the citizens.
