Armenian Premier Andranik Margaryan sent a congratulatory message to Yuri Yekhanurov over appointment to the post of the Prime Minister of Ukraine. A. Maragryan's message says in part, "On behalf of the government of the Republic of Armenia I congratulate You on the appointment to the post of the Prime Minister of Ukraine. I hope that the government headed by You will achieve considerable progress in promoting the social and economic development of the country and the mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and Ukraine will develop and strengthen."
