December 1 the German delegation lead by deputy chief of the military and political department of the German Defense Ministry, Brigade General Karl Mulner, reported RA MOD Spokesman, Col. Seyran Shahsuvaryan. The visit calls for bilateral working talks as well as meetings with Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan and high rank officers of the RA MOD. The German delegation is also scheduled to attend the Military Institute after Vazgen Sargsyan.
