Kiev initial stand lies in the following: «conflicts should be solved based on the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of borders, in compliance with the respective resolution of the UN Security Council and OSCE decisions,» Ukrainian FM Boris Tarasyuk stated during the session of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers. «We are inspired by the positive outcomes during the peace settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in Azerbaijan and we hope for the further talks to promote progress,» Tarasyuk said, reported Mediamax.
