Oskanian: Armenia Attentively Follows Georgia Urge to NATO Accession
«Military cooperation is established between Armenia and Georgia to a certain degree,» stated Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian during a joint news conference with his Georgian counterpart Gela Bezhuashvili in Yerevan today. In his words, Armenia and Georgia being participants of the NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) also promotes it. He also remarked that Armenia attentively follows Georgia's urge to NATO membership, as the process can be a useful experience to the entire region. Besides, Oskanian emphasized that "it is necessary to strengthen political dialogue between Armenia and Georgia to avoid differences in that sphere in the future."
